Taller Marmo
 is seeking an 
Ecommerce Specialist
 to join our growing Milan team and oversee the evolution of our 
Online Boutique – 

We are looking for a digital professional with at least 
two years of experience
, driven by curiosity, precision, and an entrepreneurial spirit. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about bringing refined craftsmanship to the digital world.

Reporting to the 
Ecommerce Manager
, you will collaborate closely with the 
Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and Production
 teams to ensure a seamless and elevated online experience aligned with the brand's vision.

Key Responsibilities

Boutique Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Online Boutique
  • Manage product uploads, descriptions, and catalogue accuracy
  • Ensure the right assortment is available at the right time
  • Supervise site functionality and coordinate with the technical team
  • Supervise and contribute to newsletters

Order & Inventory Oversight

  • Monitor orders, payments, and inventory levels
  • Anticipate restocks and manage supplies to prevent stockouts
  • Coordinate with Customer Care to ensure timely and thoughtful service

Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor and interpret key performance metrics to guide strategic decisions

Requirements

  • Minimum 2
    years of experience
     in Ecommerce
  • Solid understanding of 
    Shopify
     and 
    Google Analytics
  • Proficient in 
    Excel
  • Fluent in English
