L' Azienda nostra cliente è la filiale italiana di un gruppo multinazionale, realtà in fase di forte espansione con l'obiettivo di consolidare e accrescere ulteriormente il business in Italia nel settore del Food Retail – GDO – Horeca.
Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Customer Service Assistant – da inserire con contratto STAGE 6 mesi
Role Overview:
Basata a Milano (Uffici in pieno centro città), la figura avrà modo di formarsi e crescere professionalmente a supporto dei dipartimenti Sales e Supply Chain con le seguenti principali mansioni:
• Elaborazione degli ordini e configurazione dei Clienti in SAP;
• Prenotazione, elaborazione degli ordini in entrata e conferme d'ordine.
• Gestione delle chiamate al servizio clienti e risposta alle email dei clienti;
• Raccolta di tutte le informazioni rilevanti, emissione dei documenti di spedizione e successiva condivisione con clienti e partner coinvolti.
• Mantenere i contatti con i magazzini per prevenire e risolvere eventuali problemi di spedizione.
• Gestione flusso fatturazione attiva.
• Monitoraggio e comunicazione dello stato dell'ordine al team vendite e/o al team account
Requisiti:
- La posizione è aperta anche a chi non ha esperienza lavorativa.
- Laurea triennale o magistrale anche in corso di ottenimento
- Inglese fluente o intermedio avanzato (B2 / C1) per il contesto internazionale dell'azienda.
Si offre:
- Contratto di Stage 6 mesi con possibilità di rinnovo o inserimento a lungo termine.
- € 1.000 / mensili di rimborso spese + ticket restaurant da € 8 giornalieri
Location: Milano centro con presenza in ufficio inizialmente 5/5, poi max 1 giorno a settimana in smart working.
