As a specialist in our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our production, logistics, and warehouse processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and managing functional activities related to production, logistics, and warehouse operations.
  • Maintaining the operational continuity of our IT solutions, swiftly addressing any anomalies or urgent requests that arise.
  • Analyzing, evaluating, and implementing change requests and functional improvements to our existing applications.
  • Leading and coordinating projects within the Operations area, collaborating effectively with internal resources, external suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Partnering with key users to gather requirements, define functional specifications, and conduct acceptance testing.
  • Documenting application solutions and providing training to key users.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in major ERP systems, with a preference for SAP ECC or equivalent platforms.
  • Familiarity with MES, PLC, and Scada systems, and their integration with ERP systems is highly advantageous.
  • Expertise in managing changes and evolutionary requests on complex application systems.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in IT project management, encompassing analysis, planning, execution, and control phases.
  • At least 4-5 years of solid experience in production, warehouse management, and logistics within the FMCG sector, ensuring operational continuity and the ability to independently manage projects and change requests.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities in dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
