What are we looking for?
At Urbanitae, we are looking for an
Italy Associate
to join our team in the
Real Estate department based in Milan
.

Responsibilities:

  • Working in close connection with the Country Head in initial three-people team.
  • Feasibility analysis of real estate operations and return evaluation.
  • Developing of financial models for asset valuation.
  • Conducting in-depth market research to support real estate investment decisions.
  • Participation in the structuring of deals, including legal and tax design of investment opportunities and due diligence processes.
  • Coordination with various transaction advisors.
  • Preparation of materials to be presented to the Country Head and the Investment Committee.

Essential Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration/Economics.
  • Native Italian speaker. Proficient in English (spoken and written) and Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in developing financial models (real estate asset evaluation).
  • Experience in preparing valuations, deal documentation, presentations and information memoranda.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to Senior Management and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment driven related positions is required.
  • Must be available to spend 5-6 months in Spain for onboarding.
  • Ability to travel to Spain once a month.
