Italy-Account Operations Manager

岗位职责:
- 熟悉欧洲奢品业态,有大量卖家孵化和运营经验,能快速对卖家进行分层运营管理,明晰类目卖家商品结构和货源情况,梳理制定KA和PKA卖家的成长路径,针对不同层级的卖家给予成长帮助,不断优化商家运营机制;
- 了解跨境奢品电商体系,能根据平台特性及模式需求,制定不同商家的发展目标,配合解决商家入驻后的问题,推进卖家的扩品以及销售的快速成长;
- 洞悉竞争对手运营动态,平台用户构成分析及热销品类分析,挖掘业务机会点,推动不同层级不同类型商家的增长;
- 对奢品市场走向熟悉,能进行品维度的线索收集和管理,熟悉欧洲货品在中国市场的新品、热销款、尾货结构,通过商品沉淀提升用户关系和用户粘性、预判行业机会,运用到不同商家;
- 协同产品,BI等横向内部团队,结合卖家/运营痛点并推进优化方案落地,持续提升客户体验;
任职需求 :
- 本科及以上学历,3年以上电商平台行业经验,有奢侈品商家/类目运营经验为优;
- 英语能力优秀,为工作语言;有欧洲工作或生活经验,对欧洲奢品/潮流文化了解,有意大利语/法语/西班牙语/德语等其他欧洲二外能力加分;
- 逻辑清晰,有方法论,过往工作有较好0-1的项目成功案例;
- 自驱力强,积极主动,善于沟通,有较强的项目统筹能力强,善于跨部门工作推进,能向前一步;
- 熟练使用office办公软件,excel能力中高以上(公式/pivot等),较强奢品市场及数据触觉敏锐,分析、数据拆解能力优秀;
