Turin, Piemonte, Italia Phelon & Moore A tempo pieno

We are seeking a senior After Sales executive with global scope, with more than 10 years of proven experience leading integrated operations in spare parts, warranties, technical support, homologation, and customer service, ideally within the motorcycle or automotive industry with international exposure.

The position is preferably aimed at a Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineer, with a strong technical foundation and hands-on practical experience — including knowledge of fuel injection systems, diagnostic scanners, and real-world product usage, beyond purely administrative management.

It is highly valued that the candidate is an active motorcyclist with a genuine passion for motorcycles, with verifiable participation in rides, long-distance trips, motorcycle tours, or leadership/participation in motorcycle communities or clubs. Authentic engagement with motorcycle culture is considered a key differentiating factor for this role.

Role Scope

The main objective of this role is to design, structure, and execute the global after-sales strategy, aligning processes, standards, and technical guidelines across multiple countries and regions.

The executive will be responsible for leading spare parts, warranty, technical support, training, and customer service divisions, as well as managing international homologation projects for new models, components, and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global after-sales strategy, ensuring cross-regional consistency and standardization.
  • Lead international technical homologation projects for models, components, and spare parts.
  • Create and manage part numbering systems, guaranteeing global traceability and control.
  • Oversee inventory management under 80/20 methodology, minimizing obsolescence and excess cost worldwide.
  • Develop and maintain service manuals, warranty guides, and parts catalogs, aligned with brand standards.
  • Lead the technical publications department and maintain up-to-date corporate documentation.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor timelines using project management tools (Gantt charts and global schedules).
  • Monitor and improve global KPIs such as NPS, CSI, service turnaround time, and inventory rotation.
  • Analyze recurring technical failures internationally and coordinate preventive and corrective action plans.
  • Manage ERP systems and technical-financial reporting for global after-sales operations.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering degree (preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in motorcycle or automotive after-sales operations with international scope.
  • Background in nationally distributed and well-recognized brands — NOT retail sector.
  • Verifiable experience with motorcycle manufacturers or internationally/nationally recognized brands.
  • Technical certifications in motorcycles from recognized brands such as KTM, Ducati, BMW, or equivalent.
  • Fluent English — mandatory and verifiable.
  • High availability for international travel.
  • Demonstrable involvement in motorcycle culture (rides, clubs, trips, or leadership in riding communities).
  • Work Location: Turin – Italy.
