Ruolo e mansione

Lo specialista in Comunicazione Interna è responsabile dello svolgimento di attività che coinvolgono tutti i dipendenti della realtà aziendale. Lavorando a stretto contatto con il Responsabile Marketing e Comunicazione Interna, il candidato ideale gestirà iniziative volte a coinvolgere e coinvolgere la popolazione interna, garantire l'efficacia dei messaggi comunicativi e favorire l'interazione:

  • Gestire tutti i tipi di messaggi interni, dai messaggi aziendali chiave alle comunicazioni di servizio
  • Progettare e diffondere campagne di comunicazione su argomenti aziendali chiave
  • Organizzare/coordinare eventi interni, come riunioni pubbliche e Leaders Day
  • Gestire i canali digitali e altre piattaforme interne in collaborazione con il team Digital
  • Definire analisi per misurare l'efficacia della comunicazione
  • Produrre notizie e materiale per l'intranet aziendale

Requisiti e Competenze Richieste

  • Laurea Magistrale in Comunicazione
  • Esperienza minima nella gestione di progetti e iniziative di comunicazione interna e/o esterna
  • Ottima conoscenza orale/scritta e fluente sia dell'inglese che dell'italiano
