Position
Il Product Operations Specialist supporta il team di sviluppo prodotto nelle attività operative per tutti le fasi del processo di sviluppo dei prototipi e del campionario, a partire dalla creazione delle anagrafiche dei prodotti, alla creazione delle Distinte Base e alla composizione del pacchetto per la produzione, nello specifico le mansioni sono:

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborazione attiva con il Team Prodotto nella fase di controllo dei capi e definizione degli abbinamenti, per garantire la corretta e tempestiva finalizzazione delle Distinte Base.
  • Creazione di commesse di capi e semilavorati, lancio delle commesse e successivo monitoraggio dell'invio dei materiali ai fornitori.
  • Verifica del capo finito in relazione alla Distinta Base per assicurarne la conformità.
  • Richiesta e Inserimento dei Costi sul PLM, aprendo scenari di costo.
  • Revisione, controllo e inserimento delle fatturazioni relative ai capi finiti.
  • Validazione dei codici relativi a pacchetti e pop-up.
  • Esecuzione di attività amministrative a supporto del team.

Profile

  • Minimo 2 anni di esperienza nel settore o realtà affini.
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, PLM e/o SAP.
