Siamo alla ricerca di un/una professionista esperto/a per ricoprire il ruolo di
Responsabile Contabilità e Fiscale
, garantendo qualità, conformità normativa e rispetto delle tempistiche.

Responsabilità principali

  • Supervisione completa delle attività contabili e fiscali: contabilità generale, fornitori, clienti, tesoreria, chiusure mensili e bilancio civilistico.
  • Gestione della fiscalità diretta e indiretta, Transfer Pricing e dichiarazioni fiscali (incl. calcolo, dichiarazione e versamento imposte) in collaborazione con consulenti esterni.
  • Monitoraggio e riconciliazione regolare dei conti economici, patrimoniali e transitori.
  • Gestione della tesoreria e delle relazioni bancarie in conformità alle normative e policy di gruppo.
  • Coordinamento di progetti in ambito contabile e fiscale (es. aggiornamento ERP, ottimizzazione processi, ecc.).
  • Interfaccia con revisori, consulenti e stakeholder interni ed esterni.

Profilo ideale

  • Laurea in Economia, Finanza o titolo equivalente.
  • Almeno 10 anni di esperienza
    in ambito contabile e fiscale, preferibilmente in realtà multinazionali o società di consulenza.
  • Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese, scritto e parlato.
  • Esperienza nella gestione di team diretti e indiretti.
  • Approccio operativo e visione strategica.
  • Ottima padronanza di MS Office e conoscenza di almeno un sistema ERP.
  • Automunito/a (sede: Milano Sud).

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of
Accounting & Tax Manager
, ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full supervision of accounting and tax operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, treasury, monthly closings, and statutory accounts.
  • Manage tax compliance, Transfer Pricing, and tax filings (calculation, declaration, and payment of taxes) in coordination with external consultants.
  • Regular monitoring and reconciliation of P&L, balance sheet, and interim accounts.
  • Oversee treasury and banking functions in line with current regulations and group policies.
  • Lead accounting and tax-related projects (ERP implementation/upgrades, process optimization, etc.).
  • Act as primary contact for auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience
    in accounting and tax management, ideally within multinational subsidiaries or consulting firms.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to manage direct and indirect reports.
  • Hands-on approach with strong strategic insight.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and experience with at least one ERP system.
  • Must have own transportation (workplace: South Milan).
