Siamo alla ricerca di un profilo AI che abbia maturato almeno 3 anni di esperienza su progetti strutturati e tecnicamente sfidanti.

Responsabilità principali

  • Progettare e realizzare moduli AI avanzati: LLM integration, fine-tuning, RAG, agenti, pipeline dati, toolchain per explainability e safety.
  • Sviluppare PoC rapidi e scalabili per progetti clienti e asset proprietari.
  • Lavorare a stretto contatto con il Direttore del Centro AI per definire scelte tecniche, standard e architetture.
  • Collaborare con il team di sviluppo nelle fasi di industrializzazione, mantenendo il focus sull'innovazione.
  • Integrare modelli AI in applicazioni cloud, microservizi e API.
  • Supportare la documentazione tecnica e la produzione dei deliverable R&S.
  • Gestire, quando necessario, interlocuzioni tecniche con partner (es. Università).
