Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to engage with clients in the region.
- 3 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
- Sales/consulting experience within ad and tech businesses.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Youtube solution and Measurement solutions.
- Strong knowledge of client and partners tech and media needs.
- In-depth understanding of the Google Marketing Platform products.
- Understanding of the privacy-future ecosystem evolution and solutions.

In this role, you will lead advertisers into the privacy-centric future of digital marketing by creating value through the optimal use of their data, Google's marketing solutions, cloud and AI through certified and measurement partners.
Our industry (ad and mar tech, analytics and cloud-based data integrations) is rapidly changing in a very dynamic environment. We build a healthy, diverse and operational excellence ecosystem able to sell, consult and implement Google unified marketing, analytics and cloud platform for smarter and future ready marketing measurement and better results able to afford a privacy-centric future.
Please note that this is a Fixed-Term contract from January 2026 for 12 months.
Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
Responsibilities
- Establish and develop strategic business relationships to drive growth.
- Oversee essential product and technology positions, including coordinating joint business/technology/measurement planning and Quarterly Business Eeview (QBR) progress.
- Discuss and manage funding agreements with data and measurement partners, ensuring alignment with trading teams.
- Manage Google Ads, Privacy, Cloud, and Google Marketing Platform (GMP) certifications, pinpointing skill gaps in partnership with gTech Professional Services (gPS).
- Guide partners in setting up and commercializing consultancies focused on data, measurement, and technology priorities. Drive digital transformation through joint projects.
