We are expanding our network of
Food Safety Advisors based in Italy
, with strong attention to detail, commitment to hospitality standards, and the ability to perform high-quality evaluations independently.

This is a
project-based Independent Contractor role
, ideal for professionals seeking flexibility — including those who already work full-time and want to take on additional assignments during their available hours.

About the Role

As a Food Safety Advisor, you will conduct
on-site audits
across restaurants and hospitality locations, assessing hygiene practices, operational processes, and compliance protocols. Clear and timely reporting is essential.

Because audits are conducted locally, candidates must be
currently living in Italy
and fully fluent in the
local language
. Training, reporting, and communication with the internal team are done in
English
, so strong English proficiency is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled on-site food safety audits
  • Assess hygiene, sanitation, and operational processes
  • Document findings objectively and submit reports on time
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow audit standards
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams when needed

Who We're Looking For

  • Professionals
    residing in Italy
  • Full fluency in the
    local language
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience in hospitality, food service, auditing, or HSE (preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently with flexible availability
  • Willingness to travel within Milan/Northern Italy
  • Ability to operate as an
    Independent Contractor
