What You'll Do

  • Implement and improve company HR systems and plans
  • Maintain employee information and HR process management
  • Responsible for employee attendance and payroll calculation
  • Responsible for company recruitment-related activities
  • Responsible for employment contract and employee relations management in Europe· Maintain open communication channels with headquarters and related departments
  • Manage office administrative affairs

You Are

  • You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on personnel or a comparable qualification (Business Studies, Psychology, etc.)
  • Fluent in Chinese,Italian and English· Ideally, you have some professional experience in HR or relevant internships
  • Microsoft Office applications (Word, PPT, Excel)
