Il Gran Gusto, realtà d'eccellenza nel settore hospitality, è alla ricerca di un/una Food & Beverage Manager capace di guidare il comparto F&B con visione, competenza e passione.

Cosa cerchiamo

  • Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo, maturata in contesti strutturati.
  • Formazione in ambito turistico/alberghiero.
  • Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità al lavoro nel weekend.
  • Solide competenze nella gestione dei costi, analisi KPI, food & beverage cost.
  • Spiccate doti di leadership, organizzazione e problem solving.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Le tue responsabilità

  • Coordinare le attività quotidiane dell'intero comparto F&B, garantendo standard elevati e coerenza con l'identità del brand.
  • Pianificare e ottimizzare i costi del personale e dell'approvvigionamento, monitorando food cost e marginalità.
  • Definire, insieme a cucina e ufficio acquisti, l'offerta gastronomica e il relativo pricing.
  • Supervisionare scorte, inventari e procedure operative.
  • Selezionare, motivare e sviluppare il team, in collaborazione con l'ufficio HR.
  • Sviluppare il Budget Operativo dei singoli reparti.
  • Analizzare costi, risultati e KPI, redigendo report periodici.
  • Implementare strategie di upselling e cross-selling per aumentare la spesa media e valorizzare l'offerta F&B.
