Bonfiglioli's International Trainee Program
, a key initiative designed to nurture and develop our talent pool with diverse, highly skilled professionals. This program is of paramount importance as it aligns with our commitment to fostering international connectivity and multicultural engagement within our organization.

ABOUT BONFIGLIOLI

Bonfiglioli is a worldwide designer, manufacturer and distributor of a complete range of gearmotors, drive systems, planetary gearboxes and inverters, which satisfy the most challenging and demanding needs in industrial automation, mobile machinery and renewable energy.

Established in 1956, Bonfiglioli operates worldwide in 20 countries and 18 production facilities, with a wide network comprising 550 distributors and over 5.000 employees.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The
International Trainee Program
is aimed at
talents
who are graduated in
STEM
subjects with
up to 3 years of total professional experience
.

Throughout the program, trainees will have the opportunity to explore different roles and countries.

Your journey begins and concludes across key Bonfiglioli locations in
Italy, Vietnam, China, Slovakia and India
. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to work, travel, and gain hands-on experience in multiple countries, including France, Germany, USA, Spain, Turkey and Australia,
building a truly global perspective from day one.

• Program Duration:
  the program lasts between
  24 to 48 months
  . In addition to your initial country, your journey will include different international rotations, each offering the chance to take on multiple roles. You may also have the opportunity to take on a longer assignment in another location before moving into your landing role.
• Training, Buddy & Mentor Support:
  our dedicated training programs, along with the support of buddies, mentors, and function managers, will ensure you grow and excel
• Continuous Feedback and Evaluation:
  receive continuous feedback from your supervisor. With structured evaluations, you'll set goals and identify areas for improvement, ensuring you always stay on the path to success.

• PATHWAY MISSION: Developing skills in the field of designing and implementing innovative products and solutions, focusing on mechanical, electrical/electronic, and software design, as well as on the implementation of innovative processes, testing, and prototyping of new technological solutions .

• ACADEMIC BACKGROUND: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering.

• OPERATIONS & MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE:

• PATHWAY MISSION: Develop expertise in manufacturing and supply chain management within an international context to optimize and enhance the company's global operations. Drive innovation in production processes and logistics, while maintaining a strong focus on ensuring a high level of customer service.

• ACADEMIC BACKGROUND: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering.

• SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

• PATHWAY MISSION: Develop sales and business development expertise within an international context to shape and execute the company's global strategy, driving growth and expanding into new markets and sectors, while facilitating the transfer of local insights to a global perspective.

• ACADEMIC BACKGROUND: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Business and administration .

• QUALITY & AFTER SALES:

• PATHWAY MISSION: Develop expertise in global quality management and after-sales excellence, ensuring high standards of reliability and customer satisfaction.
