Un progetto di Innovation Program Management & Business Intelligence
Le funzioni Innovation nelle aziende finanziarie gestiscono oggi molteplici iniziative parallele, partner esterni (startup, fornitori, consulenti), flussi informativi frammentati, KPI di avanzamento e valore difficili da consolidare

Questo progetto mira a costruire
una "control tower" dell'innovazione
, combinando: governance dei progetti, analisi dati, comunicazione strutturata, scouting e supporto alle decisioni

Lo stage consente al candidato di sviluppare competenze in Innovation management, Project & portfolio management, Business analytics, Digital collaboration, Stakeholder management per realizzare una piattaforma operativa e informativa che permetta al team Innovation di avere visibilità strutturata su iniziative in corso, KPI, milestone e migliorare qualità dei report, velocità decisionale, allineamento con stakeholder

Di cosa si occupa la Struttura COO – Staff Lean & Internal Consulting
La struttura COO – Staff Lean & Internal Consulting coordina il monitoraggio delle iniziative strategiche della banca e dei suoi indicatori chiave di efficienza e di efficacia, partecipa ai progetti di trasformazione della Banca mettendo a disposizione competenze interne ed esterne di consulenza direzionale e di metodologie strutturate (Lean Six Sigma, WCB), anche con l'obiettivo di creare una cultura diffusa di questi strumenti all'interno della Banca, garantire il corretto e tempestivo funzionamento della macchina operativa del COO, infine assicura il presidio di open innovation e scouting di mercato con l'obiettivo di acquisire competenze e favorire l'adozione da parte della Banca di soluzioni e tecnologie emergenti.

Ed è in relazione a questo ultimo ambito che potrai formarti.
