Pirelli is undertaking a huge and comprehensive program of Digital Transformation to support the Group strategic plans. In this context an important evolution is requested to improve and digitalize all the group activities related to ESG management. We strive to create a better future by integrating sustainable practices into our business operations and ESG dedicated digital solutions have a crucial role in achieving the sustainability goals.

We are seeking a talented and passionate Digital Project Manager to join our Architecture, Innovation, and Sustainability Team within the Digital Headquarters. In this role, you will play an important role in supporting our Sustainability and ESG digital journey, ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects that contribute to our sustainability objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive innovation and foster sustainable practices throughout our digital initiatives.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES

· Support the team in collecting input from Sustainability, IT and business stakeholders and turning them into clear meeting notes, action lists and basic requirement summaries.

· Help monitor project progress by updating trackers (tasks, deadlines, issues/risks) and preparing short status updates and materials (slides/minutes).

· Perform basic Excel analyses to support ESG reporting and project monitoring (data checks, reconciliations, pivots, simple trend analysis).

· Support the day-to-day management of sustainability digital platforms (data uploads/checks, user support, access requests, basic troubleshooting, …).

· Conduct desk research on sustainability/ESG topics, regulations and digital trends, and summarize key insights in a clear and structured way.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a master's degree in engineering (e.g., Management/Industrial/Environmental), Computer Science, Information Systems, Data/Business Analytics, Sustainability Management, or similar.

· Strong interest in sustainability/ESG topics; basic familiarity (or willingness to learn) about key frameworks/regulations (e.g., CSRD) and certifications (e.g., FSC, ISCC, EUDR).

· Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).

· Solid Excel skills (data checks, pivot tables, basic charts) and PowerPoint skills.

· Curious about digital tools and SaaS/cloud platforms; basic understanding of data flows/integrations (no deep technical background required).

WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION

· Proven project management skills and practice (knowledge of traditional and agile methodologies)

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into architectural designs and solution requirements. Also, ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
