La tua opportunità:

All'interno del Dipartimento General Services, Facilities, H&S e Indirect Procurement, la risorsa selezionata supporterà direttamente il Coordinatore dei General Services, collaborando con il team e le altre funzioni aziendali nella gestione e nel coordinamento dei servizi aziendali per tutte le sedi aziendali.

Come contribuirai:

Per il Dipartimento General Services, Facilities, H&S e Indirect Procurement, basato a Sesto Fiorentino (FI), stiamo ricercando una risorsa che si occupi delle attività operative e organizzative proprie del ruolo ed in particolare di:

• supportare nella gestione dei fornitori di servizi (mensa, pulizia e facchinaggio);
• gestire il magazzino dei materiali aziendali (divise, attrezzature audio/video, ecc.) e garantire la corretta gestione del magazzino scorte e della merce in ingresso;
• occuparsi delle attività inerenti alla gestione della flotta aziendale (es. revisioni, riparazioni, nuove assegnazioni);
• gestire i servizi di posta e corrieri per le diverse funzioni aziendali;
• supportare l'organizzazione e la realizzazione di iniziative ed eventi aziendali, coordinando tutti i servizi necessari, quali quelli di consegna, trasporto, facchinaggio, movimentazione prodotti e attrezzature;
• gestire il magazzino "Attrezzature e Arredi", catalogando i beni, ottimizzando le allocazioni, monitorando le giacenze e la movimentazione di tali beni;
• curare l'archivio tecnico del fabbricato, garantendo la manutenzione digitale dello stesso;
• verificare il rispetto delle procedure per la consultazione dei campionari storici.

Chi sei:

• Hai conseguito una Laurea triennale in Ingegneria o discipline affini oppure un diploma di scuola secondaria superiore ad indirizzo tecnico.
• Hai maturato esperienza in ruoli analoghi per almeno 3 anni.
• Possiedi ottime capacità di gestione e coordinamento di stakeholder interni ed esterni.
• Hai spiccate capacità organizzative e di gestione di progetti.
• Conosci molto bene Office e Autocad.
• Hai eccellenti doti relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro di squadra.
• Parli fluentemente la lingua inglese.
