Siamo in crescita, con 4 sedi (Torino centro, Saluzzo, Alba) e ogni giorno accogliamo persone pronte a cambiare, ma che hanno bisogno di una guida.

Sales Manager
a P.IVA: una figura empatica e organizzata, che segua il cliente in fase di acquisto e lo accompagni nella giusta scelta, aiutandolo ad ottenere il massimo dalla sua esperienza con noi.
Ti piacerà questo ruolo se:
- Vuoi aiutare chi si affida a noi a fare la scelta più giusta per il loro benessere
- Hai già esperienza in ruoli a contatto con il cliente (account, sales, consulenza…)
- Sai ascoltare, motivare e guidare con delicatezza ma anche determinazione
- Ti interessa il mondo del fitness, della salute e del miglioramento personale
- Ti piace lavorare in squadra, coordinandoti con coach, sales e marketing
- Hai dimestichezza con CRM e strumenti digitali (o impari in fretta)
Cosa farai (insieme al team):
- Accompagnerai i clienti nella fase di onboarding e nella scelta del loro percorso migliore
- Ti assicurerai che ogni cliente stia seguendo il programma in modo efficace
- Leggerai dati (come quelli della composizione corporea) per valutare i progressi e proporre aggiustamenti
- Collaborerai con coach e marketing per garantire un'esperienza fluida e coerente
- Gestirai i rinnovi, le richieste di aggiornamento e i follow-up dei clienti attivi
- Monitorerai la soddisfazione del cliente, proponendo azioni di miglioramento continuo
