Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Finance in supervising the hotel's daily accounting and financial activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly and annual closing of accounts and financial reports.
  • Collaborate with operational departments to monitor costs, analyze performance, and support budgeting processes.
  • Guarantee compliance with internal control procedures and group audit standards.
  • Participate in financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Supervise, coach, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or a structured corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel accounting principles, closing procedures, and financial controlling.
  • Proficiency with leading hotel management and accounting systems, including Opera, Symphony, ERP 365 Dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong leadership, confidentiality, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-standard environment.
