Product Owner
con un solido background tecnico per un importante progetto in ambito finanziario, che si unisca al nostro Team
La risorsa ideale ha maturato oltre 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo e possiede una forte competenza nella gestione di progetti digitali complessi, con particolare focus su applicativi, API, integrazioni e microservizi. Il ruolo prevede una modalità di lavoro ibrida (1 giorno a settimana on-site su Milano).
Cosa cerchiamo:
- Ottima conoscenza dei framework Agile
- Esperienza nella scrittura di User Stories e documentazione tecnica
- Capacità di analisi e valutazione tecnica strutturata
- Esperienza pregressa in ambito sviluppo (es. background da Developer/Tech Lead)
- Capacità di prendere decisioni tecniche in autonomia e di discuterle con il team
- Ottime doti relazionali e capacità di interazione con stakeholder di alto livello
- Capacità di orientarsi e agire in contesti organizzativi strutturati
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia parlata che scritta
