Your Tasks
You Will Support The Team In
- Conducting market analysis of the relevant categories (Deodorants, Bath & Shower, and NIVEA MEN) and identifying distinct consumer groups and potential buyers,
- Defining consumer profiles and recommending tailored product offerings and positioning for selected target segments,
- Supporting the local adaptation of product artworks,
- Identifying and articulating the distinctive benefits of the product portfolio,
- Executing marketing strategies across product offering, positioning, communication, and promotional activities, in cooperation with other departments.
Your Profile
- University student in Marketing, Economics, or related fields,
- Fluent in English (spoken and written),
- Good analytical skills and strong command of Excel,
- Open-minded, proactive, and curious,
- Strong team player with good communication and problem-solving skills,
- Flexible, well-organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment,
- Availability for office in Milan (min. 3 days a week in office + 2 days home office).
