Your Tasks

You will support the team in:

  • Conducting market analysis of the relevant categories (Deodorants, Bath & Shower, and NIVEA MEN) and identifying distinct consumer groups and potential buyers,
  • Defining consumer profiles and recommending tailored product offerings and positioning for selected target segments,
  • Supporting the local adaptation of product artworks,
  • Identifying and articulating the distinctive benefits of the product portfolio,
  • Executing marketing strategies across product offering, positioning, communication, and promotional activities, in cooperation with other departments.
Your Profile
  • University student in Marketing, Economics, or related fields,
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written),
  • Good analytical skills and strong command of Excel,
  • Open-minded, proactive, and curious,
  • Strong team player with good communication and problem-solving skills,
  • Flexible, well-organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment,
  • Availability for office in Milan (min. 3 days a week in office + 2 days home office).
