What you'll do:

You oversee the full spectrum of marketing for the Club — from planning and executing our annual strategy with senior leadership to driving F&B, cultural, and member-focused campaigns that elevate visibility and revenue. You keep our digital channels sharp, our newsletters timely, and our social media alive with engaging, on-brand content. You manage PR activity, media relationships, visual assets, photoshoots, and agency partners, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the character and standards of The Wilde. You develop collateral, coordinate promotions with Operations, Membership and F&B, support event communications, and keep our website, app, and asset library impeccably updated. You stay close to the market, track performance, report to HQ, and maintain a strong presence in the Club — translating what happens on the floor into meaningful, compelling storytelling.

Who you are:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You bring a refined eye for branding and strong storytelling instincts.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
  • You're digitally fluent and confident across social, content, and PR.
  • You manage stakeholders with ease, clarity, and maturity.
  • You're proactive, curious, and always looking for smarter ways to work.
  • You balance creativity with precision, delivering consistently high standards.
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Italian preferred).
  • Strategic and hands-on, combining creativity with a data-driven approach.
  • Proactive communicator, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
