ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a key player in ATS Italy, you'll take charge of driving growth for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operation Management (MOM) solutions. Following a handover period with the Italian Division Manager, you'll become the primary point of contact for prestigious international clients in MES/MOM projects.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to expand our solutions portfolio.
  • Analyze market opportunities and assess customer value to strategically grow the business.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Development plan.
  • Deliver quarterly sales activity reports and ensure seamless bid management aligned with client expectations.
  • Stay updated on the latest functionality of assigned solutions and monitor market trends, competitive activities, and promotional opportunities.
  • Maintain and optimize the company's CRM database to support effective planning and communication.

What You Bring:

We're looking for an ambitious and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, multinational environment.

  • Proven experience in automation, IT technology, MES, or MOM solutions.
  • Strong communication skills in both Italian and English (essential).
  • Results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for manufacturing, IT, and automation is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel (a valid driving license is essential).
