Always Friday sta costruendo il primo Corporate Event OS: una piattaforma end-to-end per gestire eventi aziendali (fornitori, logistica, budget, pagamenti e amministrazione). Cerchiamo una persona precisa e super operativa che diventi un punto di riferimento interno per finanza e amministrazione, con visibilità diretta su numeri, processi e marginalità evento-per-evento.

Abbiamo già venduto molto, validato il mercato e chiuso un round pre-seed (non ancora annunciato) con top-tier VCs, business angels del mondo finance e founder tech di altissimo livello.

Ora stiamo entrando nella fase 0 → 1 → 10 e cerchiamo una persona che lavori a stretto contatto con il CEO, diventandone il braccio destro operativo.

Questa posizione è pensata per chi vuole imparare come si costruisce una startup dall'interno, vedendo tutto: decisioni, numeri, priorità, execution quotidiana.

Compiti
  • Gestire attività di tesoreria e supporto ai pagamenti, assicurando ordine e tracciabilità
  • Coordinare la parte amministrativa legata a fatture e documentazione (fornitori e clienti)
  • Supportare la gestione contrattuale legata agli eventi (cliente/fornitore) e l'archiviazione corretta
  • Tenere sotto controllo costi ricorrenti e abbonamenti, con registri aggiornati e alert su scostamenti
  • Collaborare su eventi complessi e ad alto volume, aiutando a mantenere controllo di flussi e documenti
  • Contribuire al reporting economico (per evento e per mese) e alla pianificazione finanziaria
  • Supportare attività di burocrazia societaria e amministrazione HR di base (note spese, documenti, operatività ricorrente)
  • Supportare attività legate a bandi (ricerca, preparazione materiali, rendicontazione)
Requisiti
  • Persona estremamente precisa, ordinata e detail-oriented
  • Forte capacità organizzativa e di gestione delle priorità
  • Mentalità da problem solver: vedi un problema → lo sistemi
  • Voglia di imparare, crescere e stare molto vicino al processo decisionale
  • Owner mindset: non aspetti istruzioni su tutto, ti prendi responsabilità
  • Interesse per startup, SaaS, tecnologia o imprenditoria
  • Buona confidenza con Excel/Notion e strumenti digitali
  • Comunicazione chiara con team interno e partner esterni
