Working with very high-profile investment banks and private equity funds, we carry (and you'll carry) the responsibility to deliver fast, but, most importantly, reliable, high-quality results. This responsibility drives our standards, our pace, and the way we work.

We're now looking for a
highly motivated Founder's Associate Intern

to work directly with the founding team and help us scale our operations as we grow.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the founders on day-to-day operations and high-priority initiatives
  • Act as a generalist across operations, strategy, and internal processes
  • Support coordination between engineering, product, and commercial teams
  • Help structure and improve internal workflows, documentation, and systems
  • Assist with customer operations, onboarding, and ongoing support processes
  • Prepare internal reports, analyses, and operational materials
  • Tackle ambiguous problems and take ownership of finding practical solutions

What We're Looking For

  • Student or recent graduate with strong interest in startups, operations, and strategy
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Curious, hands-on, and willing to learn quickly

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a startup, consulting, finance, or operations role
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Interest in AI, finance, or technology-driven products
