Your role: The Founders' right hand

As a
Founder's Associate Intern
, you'll work side by side with the founders on the most important strategic and operational challenges facing Quotabus. You'll be exposed to all aspects of startup building. This is a high-responsibility, high-growth role for someone who wants to learn what it really takes to build a company from scratch.

Strategy & Growth

• Support the founders in refining Quotabus' go-to-market strategy.
• Identify and explore new market opportunities, customer segments, strategic partners.
• Analyze performance metrics and propose actionable improvements.

Operations & Process Building

• Set up tools and workflows (e.g., CRM, dashboards, automations) to boost efficiency.
• Coordinate with tech, design, and external agencies on feature rollouts.

Product & Customer Insights

• Support product testing, QA, and onboarding processes.
• Create documentation, how-tos, and customer-facing materials.

Business Development & Partnerships

• Assist in researching, acquiring, and onboarding new operators and partners.
• Prepare pitch decks, demos, and materials to clearly communicate Quotabus' value.

Fundraising

• Support the preparation of investor materials (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, metrics)
• Conduct research on relevant funds, angel investors, and financing instruments.

Interview Process

We keep things fast, friendly, and focused on getting to know each other:

1. Intro Call with Carlo (co-founder):
   A casual conversation to learn more about you, your motivation, and your background - and give you the chance to ask us anything about Quotabus.
2. Case Study:
   A short take-home exercise or live case to understand how you think, structure ideas, and approach real startup challenges.
3. Second Interview with co-founder:
   Deep dive into your experience, your working style, and your potential role within Quotabus. We'll also explore how we can support your growth.
