Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze, evaluate and optimize business processes while implementing preventive and control measures to enhance the effectiveness of our compliance management system
  • Advise all business units on matters related to data privacy, anti-corruption, export control, anti-money laundering, antitrust law, and other applicable regulatory requirements
  • Support and guide cross-functional teams on internal compliance-related projects and business decisions
  • Investigate specific cases when necessary and coordinate with external legal counsel as required

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Law
  • Previous professional experience in compliance as a lawyer/in-house counsel in an internationally operating company or as an attorney-at-law
  • Enthusiasm for anchoring business ethics and compliance in the company and communicating this to employees
  • Ability to work interculturally, independently across countries and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Recognize problems and risks, in order to address and solve them in the interests of the company
  • Skill in dealing with challenging issues, diverse stakeholders, and complex situations and organizations
  • Discretion, thoroughness and reliability
  • Excellent knowledge in English, both written and spoken; additional languages such as Italian and German are an advantage
