The candidate:

The ideal candidate is a dynamic person eager to implement solutions which address client need to reach their customer with a digital, at scale but personalized, approach in order to implement acquisition, up-sell, cross-sell, anti-churn capabilities and assess ROI, NPS and Customer Lifetime Value.

The candidate will leverage Salesforce capabilities in order to listen, segment, engage and keep the relationship with the customer through AI, automation and Social Media integration.

He/she will:

support clients from the preliminary engaging phase through Marketing Automation capabilitiessupport clients in predicting Customer Service and Sales requests optimizing processes using AI, advanced analytics and automation.implement market leader Marketing solutions: Pardot and Marketing Cloudimplement Trust, Loyalty and Customer relationship with an unprecedented 1:1 engagement approachenable clients to individually reach their customers in a more omni-channel personalized way at scale.personalize customer engagement through Intelligencesupport client knowing their customers, segment and profile them

Technical Skills:

Data Management & Sharing, Implement Marketing Intelligence Capabilities, Collect web analytics,Orchestrate Marketing ProcessesManage real-time interactionsEmail & Mobile messagingDigital Advertising &SocialAdopt and configure a Customer Data Platform solution in order to identify, cluster and segment customers in order to effectively feed marketing campaign.Knowledge of B2B and B2C Marketing dynamicsSalesforce Marketing certification is preferred
