Description
The Head of Operations, reporting to the Country Manager, will have the following key responsibilities:
- Define the operational strategy in collaboration with the Country Manager and the management team, translating the company vision into concrete plans with clear and measurable objectives.
- Structure and optimize business processes, implementing procedures, quality standards, and KPI systems to ensure efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
- Lead and supervise national operations, coordinating the team.
- Support and develop team managers, promoting training, digital innovation, and a culture focused on results and continuous improvement.
- Manage commercial relationships, working closely with the Sales team.
- Be hands-on in the field, monitoring daily activities, assisting teams in solving complex issues, and ensuring proper resource allocation and compliance with standards.
Profile
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in operational or executive leadership roles.
- Ability to combine strategic vision with a hands-on operational approach, maintaining strong field presence.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and change management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities with clients and stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of KPI monitoring systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in major digital and management tools.
