ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA

Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental group.

Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.

The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.

ABOUT THE JOB

Permanent position starting May 2026.

As a Reservation Agent, you will oversee a range of tailor-made services for individual clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Reservations Manager of individual, travel agencies, corporate guests

• Entering and checking individual, travel agencies and corporate reservations in compliance with the Group's procedures (booking entry, rates, credit cards, client requests, room allocations),

• Proactively manage reservation requests via email/phone by sending proposals and stay confirmations, while ensuring corrects rates information.

• Monitoring the volume of indirect bookings by identifying corporate and leisure guests, while encouraging direct reservations.

• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, or changes to existing reservations, including modifications to booking dates, room types, or special accommodations, and provide solutions to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.

• Promote hotel services, amenities, and packages to guests during the reservation process, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue for the hotel.

Reporting and Administrative follow-up

• Tracking payments and commissions related to group and agencies bookings

• Ensure that all requests received by email throughout the day are addressed and maintain a daily follow-up on requests, prioritizing those that require immediate attention

Corporate account management & development / follow-up & loyalty / contract preparation

• Managing corporate accounts during trade fairs, peak season, and follow-up activities,

• Maintaining existing client relationships through proactive follow-ups

• Identifying new accounts for business development purpose.

Manage training and oversee correct application of reservation & sales processes

• Monitoring the daily activity and data entry

• Ensuring proper follow-up of procedures and accurate data entry (client merge, experience process, profile notes)

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone passionate about the hospitality industry, with a professional appearance and proficiency in English.

You have initial experience in a similar position in a high-end hotel.

You have strong interpersonal skills with clients and are able to work independently.

You demonstrate good adaptability and decision-making skills.

You speak Italian and fluent English; a third language (French) would be an advantage.

Knowledge of the Opera Cloud software would be a plus.
