Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax, legal and labour consultancy, is looking for an HR Consultancy & Payroll Consultant for its Milan office.

The selected candiate, included in the work team, will support the firm's clients in employment consultancy, payroll and personnel administration activities, such as:

  • Processing of payroll and management of contribution and tax obligations in compliance with current regulations
  • Updating of data relating to salaries, contributions, severance pay and tax compliance
  • Attendance control and data reconciliation
  • Preparation of F24 forms relating to IRPEF payments and social security and welfare contributions
  • Management of annual obligations (disabled person report, INAIL self-assessment, Single Certification and Model 770)
  • Preparation of monthly reports on personnel costs
  • Expatriates management
  • Administrative practices related to the hiring and termination of staff
  • Mandatory communications to the bodies in charge
  • Consulting activity in personnel issues.

Required:

  • Up to three years' experience in the same role, preferably in professional firms and/or structured business contexts
  • Degree, including a three-year degree, preferably in economics, law or political science
  • Good command of the English language
  • Collaborative spirit and good organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package.

Knowledge of the Zucchetti application will be a preferential requirement.
