About the role

The successful candidate will join the Group Controlling Department and support the Regulated Market Solutions Managerial Reporting Manager for a 12-months contract.

The resource will support the team in performing the following group activities:

  • Understanding of key balance sheet and income statement items;
  • Budgeting and forecasting;
  • Monthly reporting and variance analysis:
  • P&L
  • Opex by cdc and nature
  • Capex
  • Personnel costs
  • BS & Cash Flow
  • Drafting management reporting to top management.

The position is based in Bologna (Italy).

What you need to be successful

We would like to meet self-motivated and curious candidates with:

  • Master's degree in business disciplines (preferably with a focus on Administration, Finance and Control);

  • 1-3 years of experience in similar roles;

  • Proficient knowledge of both Italian and English language;

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint;
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and manage data;
  • Proactive, detail-oriented problem-solving mindset with a strong learning mindset that thrives both independently and in team environments;
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP procedures will be considered a plus.
