We are looking for an 
Account Director
 who is both a 
strategic relationship builder and a hands-on organizer,
 capable of connecting clients and the creative team in a smooth, precise, and inspiring way.

What You'll Do


• Manage relationships with Italian and international clients, translating briefs and feedback into clear, actionable tasks.


• Work directly with the management team to optimize strategy, processes, margins, and timelines.


• Coordinate with the Creative Direction on the management of external suppliers such as production companies, photographers, etc.


• Handle estimates and final costs in collaboration with the administrative department.


• Oversee the internal workflow between art directors, producers, and freelancers, supervising schedules, priorities, and workloads.


• Organize calls, presentations, and deliverables, maintaining a professional and positive tone at all times.


• Act as the team's main point of reference for operational problem-solving and cross-team communication.

What are we looking for


• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (able to lead calls and presentations with international clients).


• Excellent relational and organizational skills - you know how to make people work well together and keep calm and clarity even under pressure.


• Proactive, independent, and pragmatic mindset - you don't just point out problems, you solve them.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity and production.


• Empathetic attitude and a genuine passion for film, series, design, and visual communication.
