We are currently seeking a
Quality Promoter – HoReCa Channel
(Lombardia) to join our
Global Sales Department
. This strategic role will be responsible for developing illy's quality strategy for the Horeca channel on the local market focusing on maintaining a market positioning in line with the business goals, across the assigned region.

Key Responsabilities:


•
Ensure product and service quality
: monitor and ensure that preparation procedures meet company quality standards.


•
Technical and sales training
: conduct training sessions for customers and employees on the correct use of machines and optimal product management.


•
After-sales support
: provide timely and professional technical assistance, either directly or by coordinating maintenance activities, resolving any quality issues and improving customer satisfaction.


•
Monitoring and reporting
: gather feedback on machine operation and the quality of the coffee produced, prepare reports, and propose improvements.

Requirements:


• Excellent communication skills.


• Customer service and consulting skills.


• Ability to work independently and in a team.


• Problem-solving and emergency management skills.


• Dynamism, flexibility, and adaptability.


• Education and training experience.


• Experience in the coffee industry.


• Knowledge of coffee machines.
