Project Manager – Mobility Infrastructure & Real Estate
L'unità organizzativa Infrastrutture Real Estate & Mobility, si occupa principalmente di programmazione, sviluppo e gestione degli interventi infrastrutturali in ambito Landside e del patrimonio immobiliare di Aeroporti di Roma.
La risorsa, a diretto riporto del process owner, avrà maturato un'esperienza di 5-7 anni principalmente nell'ambito della gestione di commesse, progettazione e realizzazione di infrastrutture per la mobilità e opere civili e infrastrutturali.
Principali attività e aree di responsabilità:
- Gestire la supervisione dell'intero ciclo di vita dei progetti infrastrutturali, dalla fase di concept alla progettazione, dall'esecuzione dei lavori al collaudo e messa in esercizio;
- Coordinare le attività di progettazione preliminare ed esecutiva, interfacciandosi con progettisti interni, società di ingegneria e consulenti esterni;
- Supervisionare l'esecuzione dei lavori assicurando il rispetto di tempi, costi, qualità e requisiti tecnici;
- Gestire le attività di manutenzione straordinaria delle infrastrutture di mobilità e del patrimonio immobiliare in ambito Landside;
- Supportare il RUP nella predisposizione degli atti tecnico-amministrativi, nel monitoraggio delle procedure e nella gestione dei processi autorizzativi;
- Curare il coordinamento con le funzioni interne (tecniche, operative, di sicurezza, real estate, procurement) e con stakeholder esterni (enti, gestori, imprese);
- Monitorare l'avanzamento fisico ed economico dei progetti, predisponendo report, documentazione tecnica e aggiornamenti periodici;
- Garantire la conformità normativa alle disposizioni tecniche, di sicurezza, qualità e ai requisiti aeroportuali;
- Contribuire alla definizione delle strategie di sviluppo delle infrastrutture di mobilità Landside e degli asset immobiliari;
- Presidiare processi di gara, affidamento e contrattualistica, in collaborazione con le funzioni preposte.
Requisiti ed esperienze:
- Esperienza nella gestione di progetti infrastrutturali e opere civili, preferibilmente in ambito mobilità, trasporti o aeroportuale;
- Esperienza nella gestione di interventi di manutenzione straordinaria di infrastrutture e asset immobiliari;
- Conoscenza della normativa tecnica di settore, del Codice dei Contratti Pubblici e delle procedure autorizzative per opere infrastrutturali;
- Conoscenza e utilizzo di strumenti di project management e sistemi di gestione documentale;
- Padronanza dei principali software tecnici: AutoCAD, Revit, Pacchetto Office;
- Conoscenza e applicazione dei processi BIM (Building Information Modeling) per la gestione digitale dei progetti infrastrutturali.
- Capacità di utilizzo e interpretazione di modelli BIM a supporto delle fasi di progettazione, esecuzione e gestione delle opere;
- Esperienza nel coordinamento tecnico e gestionale di fornitori, appaltatori e stakeholder esterni;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
