We are seeking an Operations Intern to support our Packaging Development team. Reporting to the Packaging Development Manager, this role provides hands-on experience and exposure to a variety of projects. This internship is a great opportunity to learn about our fragrance and hotel amenities packaging, supporting samples and packaging development.

This is a 6-month, full-time internship.

Responsibilities
:

  • Support managing packaging prototyping
  • Collect information & research on new packaging development
  • Gather product data, technical features, measurements and load data in the system
  • Coordinate sampling activities and shipments
  • Assist with the industrialization process and execution of quality tests
  • Compile Quality tracker and support the team in the quality complaint management with suppliers
  • Contribute to CONAI compliance and sustainability initiatives

Required Education/Experience:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields
  • Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of French is a plus
