What you'll do:
You will join our People Partnering team on a 9-month fixed-term contract, and play a key role in shaping the employee experience across an international environment, more specifically, you will:
Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities mapping & alignment: onboarding, induction, learning & development, salary reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and administration.
Collaborate across global, cross-functional teams to deliver impactful people initiatives.
Report directly to the People Partnering Director SEA, collaborate on a daily basis with all SEA People team and contribute to team success.
Build and strengthen stakeholder relationships to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Ensure compliance and uphold quality standards across policies, procedures, processes and all internal frameworks.
What you'll bring:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Experience in working in international environment
Strong project management skills
Fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
