FINANCIAL PLANNING SR EXPERT

What will you do?
We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from a role of
Financial Planning Sr Expert
The role is part of the Financial Business Partnering team. It's primary purpose is to act as a pivot for the entire team and be the go-to contact for Head of Finance Business Partnering during the stages of financial forecast and closing for all P&L lines.


What will your tasks be?

  • Coordinate and follow financial planning process for Budget /LE throughout the entire process from high level posture to finance pack & presentation.
  • Interacting with the Business Partner communities, be the gatekeeper for the domestic P&L development with a strong understanding of the underlying performance drivers and R&O
  • Define calendar for milestones, functional alignments and ensure respect of all deadlines
  • Be responsible for internal management reporting (performance tracking)
  • Coordinate the P&L forecast process
  • Supervise the flashpack / flash call presentation
  • Export P&L: in close cooperation with the ISC finance team, develop Budget/LE's, provide monthly profit forecasts and high-level variance analysis
  • Continuous Improvement – automation / digital skills / learning


Who are we looking for

  • Master's degree: preferably in Economics or Industrial Engineering;
  • At Least of 5 years of experience in international FMCG industry, at least 3+ years in Financial Planning & Accounting
  • Proven people management experience
  • Proficiency in English written and spoken; Italian is a plus
  • Ability to work in team and manage complex situations;
  • Strong determination and results driven
