siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire nel ruolo di
HR Buisness Partner Intern.
La risorsa affiancherà l'HR Business Partner nelle attività quotidiane di gestione e sviluppo del personale dei punti vendita, acquisendo conoscenze pratiche nei processi HR e contribuendo al buon funzionamento delle iniziative legate alle persone.

Le sue principali responsabilità saranno:

  • Supporto alle attività di onboarding e accoglienza dei nuovi dipendenti;
  • Raccolta e aggiornamento dati relativi a presenze, variazioni contrattuali e organici;
  • Collaborazione nella predisposizione di report e analisi HR (turnover, assenze, costi del personale);
  • Contributo alla pianificazione e realizzazione di progetti HR locali e attività di engagement;
  • Collaborazione con i team HR Administration e Payroll per garantire correttezza e coerenza dei dati.

Cosa cerchiamo?

  • Laurea in discipline economiche, giuridiche o umanistiche;
  • Interesse per il mondo HR e desiderio di sviluppare competenze nei processi di gestione e amministrazione del personale;
  • Buone capacità organizzative, comunicative e relazionali;
  • Conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel;
  • Precisione, spirito di iniziativa e orientamento al lavoro in team;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
