With the aim of strengthening our Commercial Operations team, we are recruiting a

Sales & CRM Analysis Support

You'll support the Commercial Operations team by developing CRM reports and dashboards, monitoring key sales KPIs, and ensuring data quality to enhance Sales Force Effectiveness and Marketing performance.

Main responsibilities:

  • Design, maintain, and optimize CRM dashboards and analytical reports supporting Sales Force Effectiveness and Marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor key commercial KPIs (Sell-in, Sell-out, Coverage, Activity, Productivity, Conversion Rate) and provide actionable insights to local and corporate management.
  • Support the implementation of CRM governance rules, data quality controls, and alignment processes.
  • Partner with IT, Digital business, Head of Sales, Business Intelligence, and local affiliates to design and enhance CRM processes and integrations (Lead-to-Cash, Consent-to-Contact, Territory Management, etc.).
  • Contribute to the development of incentive schemes and sales performance analytics, ensuring transparency and alignment with company strategy.
  • Coordinate data preparation for corporate reporting, ensuring harmonization across countries.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at simplifying user experience and increasing CRM adoption and data reliability.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or CRM/BI Analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent command of Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau).
  • Knowledge of IQVIA datasets (Sell-in, Sell-out, and Targeting) and ERP platforms is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Planning and organizing skills, critical thinking, a problem-solving mindset and ability to learn.
