Sales Education Trainer SWE Italy (m/f/d)
and you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering impactful training programs that elevate the sales capabilities of our
Diagnostics Business in Southwest Europe (SWE).
In this role, you will collaborate across functions and regions to ensure strategic alignment and measurable impact.
Your role:
- You will collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to design and implement training programs aligned with business strategy.
- You will create and manage training and budget plans, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
- You will adapt global training programs to local market needs across multiple countries.
- You will deliver sales and strategy coaching to individual sales teams in alignment with Zone leadership.
- You will maintain training records and measure effectiveness using KPIs.
- You will analyze and report on educational program milestones and best practices.
- You will cooperate with Zone Functions (e.g., Marketing, Customer Services, Sales Operations) and the Global Sales Education Function.
- You will coach Sales Managers to enable Sales Representatives through a Train-the-Trainer approach.
Your expertise:
- Deep experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in diagnostics.
- Proven background in sales skills training and sales management coaching, including NLP coaching.
- Certifications (nice to have): recognized certifications in sales methodologies such as Strategic Selling, Negotiation to Yes, SPIN Selling, COF Value-Based Selling, or Challenger Selling.
- Strategic Thinking & Project Management: Strong coordination, planning, and strategic alignment capabilities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and Italian, Spanish would be a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 50%).
- Fluent in Italian and English.
