Berluti, the only men's House in the LVMH Group, was born in Paris in 1895 and has grown through four successive generations of the Berluti family, cultivating the art of excellence and craftsmanship in shoes, while developing a passion for leather and patina.

In 2005, the House launched its leather goods collection and, in 2011, a ready-to-wear collection.

Today, the collections of clothing and shoes, both made-to-measure and ready-to-wear, and a wide range of accessories, offer an innovative lifestyle while keeping the Berluti spirit.

Berluti is currently looking for a full-time
Stockist
(W/M) for our Milan store.

The Stockist demonstrates a high level of professionalism and guarantees the image and excellence of the House. They are directly involved in managing daily deliveries and inventories, keeping the stockroom and monitoring orders, all of which help to optimize the results and performance of the shop.

Les missions

Based in Milan, and reporting to the Store Manager and his Assistant, their main missions will be:

Stocks

  • Receiving and checking goods on delivery so that they can be physically added to stock. Packing and removing stock goods to be returned to the factory at the end of the collection.
  • Maintaining stock packaging (tidying, redoing labels).
  • Carry out inter-store transfers and manage the local deliveries
  • Liaise professionally with all couriers, assuring perfect shipment flows.
  • Management of e-commerce requests (transfers, validation of pickings, etc.)
  • Follow with support the cites certificates management. Liaise with the headquarter for licenses, visit the authorities to order and collect the necessary certificates.
  • Weekly reporting on activity (number of items received, transfers carried out, etc.).

Quality

  • Prepare product shipments to the factory in the event of a quality return.
  • Pack, check and complete customer shipments according to schedule.

Orders

  • Receive and put away various products ordered in connection with the activity (packaging, shoe care product, shoe trees, etc.)
  • Actively contribute to maintaining adequate levels of all required supplies in stock.

Inventories

  • Plan and share with Operation referent and Store's Management weekly rotating inventories to execute in order to control stock, look for discrepancies and report to management.
  • Organize and coordinate with the team quarterly stock counts (preparation, scanning, tidying, counting, etc.).
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and organization of all documentation required for Internal Auditor inspections.

Votre profil

  • At least 3-5 years minimum of retail stock, preferably in a luxury brand
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Product knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently. Reactive and rigorous. Good organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good command of IT tools.
