We are currently looking for motivated Chef de Rang to join our F&B Team at Four Seasons Hotel Florence

About the role:

The Food & Beverage Chef de Rang provides exceptional quality and service to our guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests' needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.

What you will do:

  • Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
  • Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
  • Describe the menu and provide detailed information about each item.
  • Present bills and accept payments.
  • Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards

What you bring:

  • An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
  • High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
  • Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
  • Fluency in English and Italian
