La risorsa ricercata è un* Customer Excellence Contract & Data Analytics Specialist, che verrà inserita all'interno della Direzione Customer Excellence. La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di presidiare la gestione contrattuale e il coordinamento dei partner esterni nei servizi di customer care e supply chain, oltre che ad analizzare e migliorare i processi operativi. La risorsa dovrà inoltre supportare i processi di governance dei dati e di gestione dei database, interfacciandosi con gli stakeholder interni ed esterni al fine di assicurare la massima qualità dei dati e della rendicontazione degli stessi.
Principali attività:
Curare l'intero ciclo di vita contrattuale con i fornitori di servizi di customer care e supply chain, comprendente la stesura, la modifica e la manutenzione dei contratti in conformità con le policy aziendali e gli obiettivi operativi;
Gestire la pianificazione economica e il controllo dei costi dei fornitori, attraverso attività di budgeting, forecasting e gestione della fatturazione, in linea con gli obiettivi finanziari aziendali;
Predisporre documentazioni e report settimanali/mensili da condividere con il top management, fornendo analisi dei progressi e delle tendenze dei principali indicatori di performance;
Supportare i manager e i team leader nel monitoraggio delle performance operative, nell'elaborazione dei set di dati e nell'individuare eventuali criticità;
Contribuire all'ottimizzazione degli strumenti di reporting esistenti e all'implementazione di nuovi report;
Analizzare i bisogni degli stakeholder attraverso la raccolta di feedback;
Contribuire al monitoraggio degli indicatori di performance dei fornitori esterni;
Supportare l'ottimizzazione dei processi operativi.

Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo o affine in contesti di customer operations;
Laurea in discipline economiche o informatiche costituirà un ulteriore plus;
Conoscenza approfondita di KPI di customer care;
Conoscenza avanzata di MS excel, Powerpoint e Word;
Conoscenza di Salesforce, SQL, MS power BI e IBM Cognos Analytics costituirà un plus;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
