The opportunity

We are looking for a motivated
Controller
to join our dynamic finance team in the fast-growing micromobility sector. In this role, you will support financial operations, analyze data, and provide insights to help optimize business performance while supporting management in key decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    monthly closing activities
    , including p&l, treasury and support to the balance sheet
  • Assist in the preparation of
    budgets and forecasts
  • Conduct variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast) and provide insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and financial effectiveness
  • Prepare financial reports and KPI dashboards to support management decisions

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in controlling, accounting, or finance
  • Solid understanding of
    p&l and balance sheet
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
  • Good communication skills, able to present financial information clearly
  • Fluent English
  • Based in Milan
