Overview:

As a Mass Luck Games Specialist, you will play a relevant role within the Customer Value Management team at Sisal Italy. You will be responsible for the design, execution, analysis and optimization of promotional campaigns for customers related with their preferences, with the aim of enhancing player engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.

In this role, you will leverage behavioral data and automation tools (e.g. Promo manager) to deliver high value promotional experiences. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across CVM, Platform and Content teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with commercial goals.

What you'll do:

 

  • Plan, build, execute, analyze private campaigns, focusing on upselling, cross selling, player engagement and retention.

  • Managing the planning and continuous optimization of private promotions, ensuring performance and alignment with commercial goals.

  • Maintain campaigns reporting and operational processes to ensure flawless execution.

 

What you'll bring:

  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and promotional campaign logic.

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and turn data into actionable next steps.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in parallel.

  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills, fluent in both Italian and English.

    Customer-centric approach.

    Hands-on experience with CRM tools and automation platforms would be a great plus (e.g. Optimove or similar).
