Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Private Equity Analyst located in Milan. The Private Equity Analyst will be responsible for performing financial analysis, conducting market research, supporting due diligence processes, and assisting in the valuation of potential investment opportunities. Daily tasks include preparing investment memoranda, monitoring portfolio companies, and providing analytical support to senior team members. The role also involves tracking financial performance, industry trends, and performing competitor analysis.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills
  • Experience in market research, due diligence, and investment valuation
  • Ability to prepare investment memoranda and presentations
  • Knowledge of private equity, corporate finance, and investment strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant financial software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; CFA or MBA is a plus
