Private Equity Investment Director
Posizione
La figura, a diretto riporto del Partner, si occuperà di:
- Gestire attivamente il portafoglio investimenti, monitorando la performance delle partecipate e fornendo supporto operativo e strategico per raggiungere obiettivi di crescita e redditività;
- Analizzare e identificare nuove opportunità di investimento in linea con la strategia del fondo;
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con le management teams delle partecipate, fornendo consulenza su decisioni strategiche, operazioni di ristrutturazione, espansione o ottimizzazione dei costi;
- Condurre analisi finanziarie approfondite e valutazioni delle performance aziendali, identificando aree di miglioramento e implementando piani di azione;
- Supervisionale la due diligence e il processo di valutazione degli investimenti, collaborando con il team di investimento per fornire input strategici;
- Gestire le relazioni con i principali stakeholders, tra cui azionisti, investitori e consulenti esterni, per garantire un allineamento costante sugli obiettivi e le strategie;
- Preparare report e presentazioni per il consiglio di amministrazione e gli investitori, fornendo aggiornamenti sulle performance delle partecipate e sugli sviluppi del portafoglio.
Requisiti
- Eccellente percorso accademico in Finanza;
- Almeno 8-10 anni di esperienza in SGR di Private Equity;
- Preferibile esperienza lavorativa all'estero;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello min. C1);
- Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali.
